It’s very important to have many discussions and clarification's on work before signing the project with the Civil engineer. In discussion know the working method of civil engineer, because some will work very slow and the days will pass away. Some others will work very fast and be eager to complete the project very soon and get the money, in this case the work will be poor on Quality.
